VISION BOARD:
Remember, vision boards work when we allow them to remind us 1. of our goals - our WHY 2. embody, and 3. enact that vision.
Take time each day to pause and truly see the contents of your vision board. Allow it to inspire and fuel you. Allow it to help you be more conscious of how, why, what, and with whom you invest your time, money, and energy. Allow it to help you make more conscious decisions and take more mindful actions each day knowing that each decision either moves you closer to or further from your goals and your vision.
SHOWING UP:
How can you embody the values, traits and actions of your future self that has accomplished, created and received all you desire in 2022? Who do you need to be right now? How do you need to show up for yourself, for your family and your clients today?

The cycle of abundance and prosperity:
Give freely and without expectation and attachment, all in the spirit of generosity.
When that generosity comes back to you, allow yourself to receive fully and freely.
How and when do you give freely and without expectation? With whom? Why? How does it feel?
How, when, where and with whom can you increase and expand this practice of generosity and abundance?
How comfortable and willing are you in allowing yourself to receive... compliments, help, support, prosperity, love etc?
Appreciation Practice:
To lift and shift your mood, to get you in the habit of feeling good as well as seeing, experiencing and acknowledging the good in the world, begin a daily appreciation practice with the members of your team, your family, friends, and members of your community. You feel good, they feel good... it's a win win and a crucial aspect of abundance.
Example:
- I appreciate that you're always on time.
- I appreciate your smile.
- I appreciate your positive attitude.
- I appreciate the way you support me.
- I appreciate how you show up fully.

AM Practice:
30 seconds - 1 minute: Get quiet and drop into stillness. Breathe.
1 minute: Gratitude practice - write down 1 - 3 different things, big and/or seemingly small, each day that sparks gratitude in you. Feel that. Remember this throughout the day.
1-2 minutes:
Write down 1 - 3 personal and/or professional tasks you want to complete
How do you want to feel at the end of the day?
How do you need to show up?
PM Practice:

Read, listen to, watch things that will support your mindset, your emotional state and your action taking in a way that moves you forward toward your 2022 goals efficiently and quickly.
Go through your notes consistently.

Begin and end your day consciously
Allow today's check-in and last month's daily practice to help you stay clear, proactive, and accountable for this month's goal and operate as a stepping stone to your annual goal.
Refer back to the notes from our January meeting to help you establish this rhythm of goal/intention setting, creating a barometer for all thoughts, feelings, and actions throughout the day as well as reflection, accountability, and ownership at the end of the day (as well as the opportunity to make necessary adjustments for the next day).
Cultivate Your Growth/Success Mindset
A growth/success mindset is flexible, sees possibility, seeks solutions, and views each challenge as an opportunity.

Practice reframing the way you relate to perceived losses, failures, and frustrations.
BREATHE
Real estate is fast-paced, but we don't need to hustle, stress, or burn out. Start by breathing in order to ground and regulate your nervous system. You'll think more clearly, make better decisions, feel more centered and relaxed and all-around feel better!
Set a timer for the top of the hour every hour and remind yourself to breathe deeply for 3 rounds by placing a post-it note on your computer and on the dashboard of your car.
