A monthly fireside-style conversation on Zoom, designed to be open, dialogue-driven, and grounded in what Gregg and Melanie are actually seeing across their own coaching clients. Less presentation, more real conversation about the lifestyle and mindset behind building a sustainable real estate practice.
Each session will be shaped by patterns Gregg and Melanie are noticing with their current clients, keeping the content timely and relevant.

Duration: 45 minutes
Platform: Zoom (with breakout room capability)
SESSION STRUCTURE
1. 5-10 minute framing from Gregg and Melanie to open the session
2. Open forum / group dialogue for the remainder
3. Chat feature used at the start to gather input; Gregg and Mel call on participants one by one
4. Raffle for one complimentary coaching session each month
